NOTM: OPI Funky Dunkey & Nina Ultra Pro Purple-Xing

Hi all! I've had this mani on since Wednesday night so please excuse any wear. Also, my hands are incredibly dry right now and I totally forgot to put lotion on before taking pics. :p

I put this mani on for the Harvest Festival at work (I was a purple crayon). It seemed festive to me. :)

kind of dark, but it shows the pretty sparkles of Purple-Xing.

That's my dog's shirt in the background, which surprisingly helped
the camera capture the color of the polish.

I didn't have a lot of time to do this mani, so I just slapped on 2 coats of OPI Funky Dunkey and 1 coat of Nina Ultra Pro Purple-Xing. The holographic glitter in Purple-Xing really sparkles! I love how this mani looks, which is a good thing because I'm sick right now and don't feel like doing my nails for the upcoming week so I'll be seeing a lot of this mani.

NOTM: Nicole by OPI Party in the Penthouse

I finally have a new NOTM post for you all, and it's actually a color that I'm really wearing right now! I can't ever get pictures during the week because I haven't been getting home until after dark recently. The weekends have been crazy lately, too, since I've had to pack in all my errands into the two days. I finally had some down time yesterday to take some pictures. They aren't exactly the best, though, so I apologize in advance.

(It's really a shade lighter in person.)

Party in the Penthouse is from the recent Nicole by OPI's Gossip Girl Collection. It's a medium metallic blue with a lighter blue shimmer running through it, which makes it super sparkly under the sun. It took me 3 coats to get full coverage. I really like the color; it's a perfect medium blue polish!

I love all the polishes and can't wait to work my way through them all. Right now I'm wearing Stella with a butterfly image stamped with Harmony. :)

Sorry

I've been MIA for longer than expected. I wasn't able to get any pictures of my latest manis because it was dark by the time I got home from work these past couple of weeks. And I won't have any new nail posts for another week or more. My mom borrowed my camera for a trip and she won't be back until next Monday. I do have a larger camera that I could use but it's hard to maneuver one handed. I need a lefty camera with the button on the left side! LOL.

I also have a major haul (15 polishes!) that I bought form Victoria Nail Supply that I have to share. I've already worn two polishes: China Glaze Watermelon Rind and China Glaze Endurance. Can you tell I'm in glass-fleck mood right now? :) I'll get that posted sometime this week, so be on the lookout for that. There aren't any super new polishes, other than Endurance, though.
